FENTY BEAUTY ENTERS THE INDIAN MARKET
On Monday, August 4, Rihanna’s beauty brand Fenty announced an exclusive partnership with Reliance Retail and will launch its full cosmetics and skincare portfolio at Sephora India and Tira Beauty beginning August 7.
Fenty Beauty and Fenty Skin will be available both online and across 50 Sephora India and Tira Beauty stores spanning 16 Indian cities. Founder Rihanna teased the launch on Instagram and X with the caption, “India, are you ready?”
Isha Ambani, Director of Reliance Retail Ventures and Founder of Tira Beauty, said in a statement that the launch “reinforces our commitment to bringing the world’s best beauty brands to Indian consumers.

MCOBEAUTY EXPANDS INTO THE UNITED STATES
Since its February acquisition by DBG, mco beauty has ramped up marketing and, on July 21, officially debuted in the United Kingdom with a rollout to more than 600 Superdrug stores.
Fresh reports in early August reveal that, fueled by a US $1.6 billion funding round, the brand is now on shelf at 1,200 Target stores and 1,450 Kroger doors across the United States.
Earlier this year it also entered Belgium and the Netherlands, and it is now preparing launches in core European markets such as Germany, France and Italy while simultaneously building a robust war chest for future acquisitions.
